Who is responsible

Stellar Rise is published by Aurora North Studio, trade name of the sole proprietorship MONSIEUR CEDRIC REBOUX (Cédric Reboux), SIREN 107 979 528, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris. For any question about your data: contact@studio-aurora-north.com.

The guest profile

On the first online launch, the studio server creates a guest profile: an identifier and a secret kept on the phone. Attached to it are:

• your username, color, avatar, emblem and, if you choose, your country — visible on the leaderboard;
• your statistics, records and cosmetics;
• a save of your game, and your star wallet (✦) held by the server;
• if you wish, an email address, to receive a sign-in link and recover your game on another phone.

The server also keeps a security log (sign-ins, wallet operations). Legal basis: performance of the service you request; legitimate interest for security.

Advertising

The game shows Google AdMob ads: videos you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, and an ad between two games, at most every two games and never less than two minutes apart. In Europe, your consent is requested (Google UMP form); on iPhone, tracking permission is requested by the system. AdMob may process the advertising identifier, the IP address and technical information, in accordance with Google’s policy.

Purchases

Star packs are paid for via Google Play or the App Store, and managed by RevenueCat, which receives the purchase receipt and an anonymous identifier. We never see your bank details.

Notifications

Local reminders, scheduled on the phone after your consent: the My Galaxy harvest in the morning, the daily challenge in the evening.

Service providers

• Studio server — profile, leaderboard, save, wallet.
• Resend — sending sign-in links by email, if you request one.
• Google AdMob — advertising and consent.
• RevenueCat, Google Play and Apple — purchases.
• Google Firebase Remote Config — checking whether a game update is available.
• Sentry — technical crash reports, with no personal data, when enabled.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union (notably in the United States); such transfers are then governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long

For as long as your profile exists. Deletion erases everything attached to it.

Deleting your data

In the game: Settings › Delete my data. The server data is erased, then the data on the phone. Without access to the game: see the Delete my data page.

Age

Stellar Rise is suitable for a family audience, but is not specifically directed at children under 13.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, request a copy of it, object to its processing or request that processing be restricted, by writing to contact@studio-aurora-north.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Changes

This policy follows the game: when an update changes the data processed, the policy is revised and its date above changes.
